I’m working on a contrib module that makes and manages WebEx meetings.

A teacher schedules/creates a meeting for some future point in time. Then, at the meeting time, the teacher can either host or join the meeting, while students can join it. There don’t seem to be any verbs that fit well with the paradigm.

After talking in the dev chat, mainly with Eloy, we felt that hosted (the teaching event related to a group session) and joined (a learning event) are generic enough, and applicable to other code, like chat. He also pointed out that started and ended should probably exist (which I would use/need too).

How is the verb list amended? It says it should be when needed, but I assume that didn’t mean I just go in and arbitrarily add new verbs as I please.
