git.moodle.org fails with Connection reset by peer

    Description

      All me, stronk7 and poltawski seem to experience same "fatal: read error: Connection reset by peer" when trying to fetch from git.moodle.org/moodle.git via native git protocol. it happens randomly during the last two days.
