Give School demo an orange "More" theme

As suggested in Sites chat by Martin Dougiamas and seconded by Helen Foster it would be good if school.demo.moodle.net could have an orange theme using the new features of More.
We would need:
*a background image of suitable orange colour
*co-ordinating colour codes for the links etc on the More settings page.

If these could be provided, I could then add them to the site on the More settings page.
