Add newer versions to the MCCC International Certification database, and update partner list.

      Please add newer versions to the MCCC database on Moodle.org.

      Version dropdown field only goes up to 2.0
      Please add all versions up to and including 2.7

      Currently, this year all candidates should be sitting 2.5 next year, 2.7.

      Additional, please add Pukunui to the list of partners to choose from that are offering the MCCC so they can be selected from the Moodle Partner dropdown. There may be other partners that need to be added. A quick scan of http://certificates.moodle.com/mod/resource/view.php?id=87 will help.
