Some tracker operations don't work with safari

      Description

      Don't have a mac to test right now, but from memory the things you can't do are:
      resolve/close an issue
      attach a file

            Yup, in fact it has been the primary cause to me switching from Safari to Firefox as my primary browser.

            Anyway, Michael, I've planned to upgrade "jiratest" this weekend. Hopefully the new version will fix this.

            Please, test, test. I'll try the production one tomorrow.

            P.S.: Note that the CVS linking isn't working in the test tracker on purpose, so ignore that.

            Both closing and attachments are working ok now with Safari.

            Tested close, resolve, attach a file, and assign functions using safari (Version 3.0.4 (523.12.2)), both individually and bulk. No problems found.
