At some points, when trying to access a moodle.org forum we end up in the situation where are not auto-logged in as guest
Much worse though, at some points you get presented at the login screen without any guest access options at all (no guest login button).
I have not been able to reliability reproduce this partly because I notice this most frequently when following twitter links on my phone. But Eloy just asked me about the same issue, so now have some confidence its not just me going crazy.
