Add a 'Create account' button to moodle.org homepage

Hello,
I've just spoken to a colleague who is wanting to create an account on moodle.org - she mentioned that she could not find a way to create an account.

As I understand it to create an account we have to click on 'log in' and the create new account.This may be an obvious thing to people who know moodle but not to those who do not.

The addition of a 'create account' or sign up button on the homepage may ease the process for new users.
