Enable auto enrol to send a custom welcome message

    Description

      As mentioned in MDLSITE-3826, the enrol_autoenrol plugin is that it doesn't send a welcome to the course email. In the last Learn Moodle MOOC we customised the self enrolment welcome message and updated it each week with advice for people joining the course late. Thus it would be nice to have a custom welcome message setting for enrol_autoenrol.
