Plugins database should prevent you uploading a new version with a wrong version number.

    Description

      I managed to upload a version 1.7 of qtype_ddimageortext with a lower $plugin->version than my 1.6 release. https://github.com/moodleou/moodle-qtype_ddimageortext/commit/8c7ce23bb800bb2e9c2106ba81b37959cd0145df

      OK, so I am an idiot, but I feel that the plugin validation should have been able to detect this, and save me from myself, or at least issue a warning. So, hopefully you can add this to you backlog. Thanks.
