Learn.moodle is trying to re-award a previously awarded badge

      It seems there is a problem with the awarding of the Participant badge on Learn Moodle. Only 99 badges have been awarded so far, and we would have expected a lot more. (The badge was enabled 3 days into the course, so awarding badges would have been a lot of work.)

      I notice the award badges scheduled task has a fail delay of 61440.
