Install button at the versions page always displays the most recent version

    Description

      At the plugin versions page such as https://moodle.org/plugins/pluginversions.php?plugin=mod_poster, the Install button can be displayed for logged in users next to each version info. That suggests that the particular version would be installed. There is a bug as the button actually always attempts to install the most recent available version.
