I've been trying to help a site (URL in private comments below) to update their registration on Moodle.net. They get the error message: An error occurred during registration; please try again later. (Unknown error)
(and also the message that their site was registered on 30 Aug and it should be updated)

Usually if I delete the registration within Moodle.net, this kick starts the process so the admin can re-register their site successfully - however, when I do that this time, I get Can not find data record in database table external_tokens error, and so we can't take it further. wuzi1999 do you have any suggestions?
