Once MDL-51582 is implemented, for all the fixed branches we'll need to bypass and delete the recess jobs @ Ci servers because the grunt job will be doing that and keeping the recess job will lead to problems (differences between the 2 generators will end with job failing incorrectly).

The pre-checker does not need any action as far as, right now... does not perform any less check, just general css compliance.
