Invalid token not found when uploading and unregistering from Moodle.net

      A user is reporting problems uploading a course to Moodle.net. When attempting to upload a course they get the error Invalid token not found (see screenshot) and when trying to unregister (in order to re-register) they still get the error
      An error occurred when the site tried to unregister from the hub: Invalid token - token not found | ERRORCODE: invalidtoken .
      and are thus unable to upload courses.
      I'm linking to a similar issue resolved previously if that helps.
