Site registered but does not appear in moodle.net sites

      The administrator of http://eclass.davakos.gr successfully registered his site on November 14th but it still does not appear in the list on moodle.net/sites.
      I am linking to an earlier issue that was resolved but it was from a couple of years ago so perhaps something has changed again.
