PHPMyAdmin is not included in Windows Installer Package (XAMPP Lite)

      In MoodleWindowsInstaller-latest-31.zip and MoodleWindowsInstaller-latest-32.zip the XAMPP lite version is without PHPMyAdmin. The documentation (Moodle documentation and server\readme_en.txt file) is talking about it, but I don't find it. I had to download PHPMyAdmin and I had to create an alias on httpd-xampp.conf.
      Is it possible to upgrade the documentation or include PHPMyAdmin in the XAMPP Lite for the Windows Installer Package?
