Wanted to upload courses to Moodle.net and Mary Cooch wrote me a Link that I followed: https://docs.moodle.org/32/en/Publishing_a_course

My site was already registered and I renewed the registration.

• Go to Administration > Course administration > Publish (only available to users with the capability moodle/course:publish)
• Click the button 'Share this course for people to download'
• Select the hub where you want to share your course -> There was a radio button for moodle.net
• Enter information about the course -> I entered all the information
• Click the 'Upload this course' button

I tried it yesterday with the same error but another course and today already 2 times
