I am trying to register my Moodle site with Moodle.net.

I completed the registration form and clicked the button "Register with Moodle.net" but I get a 500 Internal Server Error notification as follows:

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at webmaster@musapp.com to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 303 See Other error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

The registration form calls: https://www.musapp.com/music/axesadmin/registration/register.php

I checked the code but can't see which file it can't find.

I am using Moodle version 2017051502.03 -  release 3.3.2+ (Build: 20170922) and the Waxed theme.
