Cannot log in via MNET to Moodle.net if the profile contains cyrillic letters

      Since last week I have not been able to log in to Moodle.net with my regular Moodle.org accunt of mary@moodle.com
      I have however been able to log in with the test user I use for Moodle.org, not an admin, and I understand others can still log in without issues so it would appear I am alone with this problem
