Ensure CiBoT runs and reports gherkinlint warnings and errors

CiBoT is not running gherkinlint right now, and it's easy to skip / ignore some violations (dupe feature name, wrong spacing...).

Ideally we should add it to out list of inspections and start reporting them, so those details are fixed earlier in the dev phase.
