As a part of the recent AMOS DB scheme upgrade, I had to drop the old AMOS Log report feature. We need it back as per feedback by tsala (who used it regularly when checking for en_fix changes, for example) and other users such as at https://lang.moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=8097#p9440
