Moodle Desktop should be removed from the Downloads front page

    Description

      Moodle Desktop is now discontinued (since 1 May 2021), so we need to remove the section on the Downloads front page.

      The page Moodle Downloads: Moodle Desktop can remain with a note about the product being discontinued, but with no links to it.

      Edited to add: As spotted by 3ipunt, the front page text mentions 'GPL licence' with a link to https://docs.moodle.org/dev/License The word 'licence' should be 'license' (spelled with an s). Please could this be fixed as part of this issue too.
