Moodle Docs search filters don't work

In https://docs.moodle.org/311/en/Special:AllMessages if I attempt to filter by prefix or increase the items per page then click the Filter button, the filter results don't change.

Edited to add: The filter doesn't work on https://docs.moodle.org/311/en/Special:AllPages either.
