We want a new design for launching at MoodleMoot global 2022.
This will be based on Boost.
In the short term we will focus on the front page and 'Get involved' page.
In the long term it needs to work across all our Moodle.org sites.

Design Note (from marketing):

• Elements like the headline/text styles, buttons and icons will be exactly the same as moodle.com to create consistency between the two websites.
• Content, images *and *colour pallets will generate the variation between the two websites.
