As a CLRer, I cannot Stop review on an issue.

      As A CLRer, I just tried to Stop review on MDL-66273.

      The dialouge that opened just had a 'Comment' filed, which I completed.

      When I tried to submit the form, I got this error:

      Work logged in transition (minutes) is required

      Please, fill the time spent with appropriate values (i.e: 1h 20m... units default to hours)."

      However, I don't see a 'Work logged in transition' field.
