Onboarding for new iTeam member: Paul Holden

This issue will track the progress of Paul's onboarding with the Integration Team.

The onboarding follows the iTeam onboarding course.

Each section in the course represents an issue in this epic and each assignee will organise the onboarding session with the new iTeam member. The ideal session length would be about 1 hour. If a session will need more time, try to break it down into a series of shorter sessions.
