This is a fairly serious accessibility issue AFAIK, but it is not possible to identify links on the new moodle.org within the body of text. They are the same colour as the surround content.
See screenshot for example:
In this example, the text "July 2024" is a link but it is completely impossible to detect this without moving the mouse over the entire content.
