Now that moodle.org's new theme is launched since Oct 2022, we need to focus on the necessary research and accessibility improvements, and implementing changes based on this research. 

Completion criteria

This epic will be completed when we consider feedback for change BAU / routine.
The completion criteria is to have implemented a series of user interface and UX changes (including accessibility improvements) for moodle.org, following sound research and obtain feedback on those changes.

Scope

Some of these changes may apply to moodle.org and others to all Community Sites. It does not include the changes to plugins directory.
