Serif font making plugin title difficult (Headings site-wide)

      The new serif font in the Moodle style guide causes readability issues when the letters touch or appear close together. It is sometimes difficult to tell when one letter starts and another letter ends. The letters are too close together for good legibility.

      For those with dyslexia in particular this is going to cause some people further problems reading our content.
