Moodle app shows an empty site home page for Moodle.org

1. Install Moodle app
2. add moodle.org to Moodle app
3. start Moodle app
4. site home page will be empty

If we can't use the content from moodle.org browser version, maybe we should control content here so that the page is not "empty" in normal use.
