On https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Tutorial the title is too generic no?

A new title could be 'How to write plugins on Moodle', just an idea.

The title 'Tutorial' can be for anything, also the slug on the link is 'Tutorial'.

IMO the highlighted in yellow should be the first thing to see.
