When I am logged in to the user docs (not just the latest version but other recent versions) and I access https://docs.moodle.org/405/en/Special:ListUsers I get an error message in pink:

Internal error

tsala doesn't see this error message and can access the page correctly.
Is this a permissions thing? Or something relating to  my set up? I get the error message both on Chrome and on Firefox on Windows.
