      Description

For 2.3 cycle 1 browser interoperability for course pages was done by repeating all tests in all supported browsers. This was a work around to add tests quickly. It is much more efficient to have specific non-functional tests for browser compatibility.

Add these tests for 2.3 cycle 2 to cut down the testing workload.

Existing coverage present, don't need to specify browser interoperability for Selenium as everything will be tested in different clients.
