Testing Instructions:
1. Login in the app as studentjuan in prototype moodle 2.9. Please use a device with a small screen (smartphone).
2. Check the grades on "Moodle Mobile Testing Course" and verify that now the grades are in the screen.

Description

Grades table styles are kept from MM1 since the table is created in Moodle WS and it's not trivial to style it. Also, the prototype page had way less info than MM1. We need to decide what to do with this page: keep MM1 styles, adapt the table to MM2's prototype styles or create a mix of both.
