Make mm-format-text work with filters

      1. Install the app on a device and check that the watch attribute without filters is not broken: delete a site (not the last one) and check that the list is correctly updated.
      2. In sites list template (sites.html), add a filter to a watched variable. E.g.:

        <h2><mm-format-text clean="true" watch="true">{{site.fullname | uppercase}}</mm-format-text></h2>
        

      3. Delete a site (not the last one) and check that the list is updated right.

      If you're using watch=true, and use {{ something | filter }}, the value cannot be watched.
