Move app settings outside of sites

      1. In the app, go to the page to add a new site (where you input the URL). Check that you see a cog icon at the top right.
      2. Click that icon. Check that the app settings are opened and you can view and edit the settings. Please notice that some pages like notification and message preferences won't be displayed because they depend on current site.
      3. Enter a valid site URL with regular login (no SSO) and click connect. Check that you don't see the cog icon in the credentials page.
      4. Now go to the page that lists the sites to login (you need at least 1 recorded site). Check that you see the cog icon too and you can view and edit settings too.
