App doesn't notice local_mobile is installed on a site already stored

      1. Using the app, login in a site without local_mobile installed. Check that local_mobile features are not available.
      2. Install local_mobile in Moodle.
      3. Re-load the app OR logout and login again OR go to app settings and click synchronize the site you're currently logged in. You should be redirected to reconnect screen.
      4. Re-connect and check that local_mobile features are now available.

      If I store a site without local_mobile plugin and then the plugin is installed in Moodle, get_site_info still returns the old list of functions (without the local_mobile ones). According to Juan, that happens because we're still using the token belonging to moodle_mobile_app service.
