Service or utility to check addons availability/dependencies

      1. Check that clicking on a push notification still redirects you to the right state.

      If you don't have push notifications, you can manually check that it works:

      1. Open the console.
      2. Execute this line:

        var $mmAddonManager = angular.element(document.querySelector('[ng-app]')).injector().get('$mmAddonManager')

      3. Now you can use $mmAddonManager from console. Try to get a service that exists and another that doesn't and check that the behavior is the expected.

      I created this issue because in MOBILE-827 we have a case of add-ons possible dependencies.

      I don't like how it's implemented because it depends on injectors and exceptions
