Create a chat activity inside a course

In the Moodle web interface enter with a user in the chat

Using the app, enter in the chat using a different user

Send messages from the app and the web interface, check messages are received and send

Open the current users (via the top right bar users icon), check that the current chat users are displayed there

Note that some functionality are not implemented yet (like /me, beep message information, etc..)

Description

Web Services for the chat module will be available for Moodle 3.0 (and in local_mobile). We need to add support in the mobile app only for non-sockets chat
