If 1 file fails to download, IMSCP and mini site resources aren't loaded

      1. "Break" a IMSCP or iframe mod_resource. To do so, go to files DB table and update the pathnamehash of one of its files (I recommend not breaking a html file).
      2. In the app, open that module without having it downloaded and check that the module is loaded and an error message is shown. Check that all the files except the broken one are loaded.

      Mini site resources and IMSCP try to download all the files before showing the module. If this download fails, the contents aren't shown. In Book and page we also predownload the data, but we try to show it even if the download fails. We should use the same approach.
