as you wrote in the developer wiki https://docs.moodle.org/dev/Moodle_Mobile there will be some changes with the language files for Moodle Mobile.

Is it correct that the app comes with the english language string only? You wrote that the other language files will be downloaded when they are needed. Where is the place for these downloads?

Is ist possible to correct the translation after the app is published in the AppStores? Or must we wait for any language correction until the next app version comes out?
