Audio Files not playing

      1. In Moodle, create a Book and add some files in there (linked from My Files). Add at least 1 audio file.
      2. In the app, go to the book and check that you can open the files using an external app.
        • In my case audio files added using URL downloader appear with an HTML5 audio player, but audio files added from My Files appear as links so they're opened with an external app.

      From the forum:

      I have some embedded audio clips in a Book's chapter. The audio bar is displayed, yet when I tap on the play button, nothing can be heard. After a few minutes, I receive an Error message saying "Error downloading module files. Some files may be missing". The blue circle goes round and round. I also receive and "Error reading chapter of book".All of these sound files play fine when listened to on a laptop/pc.
