Site notes cannot be seen from the app

      Description

      How to reproduce:

      1. As a teacher, in the app go to a user profile and add a note to site level.
      2. After that, try to see the notes at Site level. It always says to me that "There are no notes of this type yet". I can see the new note in Moodle web.
