Testing Instructions:
1. In a Moodle 2.8, add an assign with a description and enable "Show description in course page".
2. Check that the description can be seen in the app.

Description

When viewing an Assignment activity in the mobile app, the description field is not visible.

There doesn't seem to be any setting that can make this visible.

For other activities, the description field is shown after clicking on the activity as expected.
