Testing Instructions:
1. Add multi-lang tags to a certain content.
2. Set the app in a language not present in the multi-lang tags and view them. Check that the first language set is shown.

If the app finds multi-lang tags but there isn't any tag for the current language, nothing is shown. This can cause unexpected behavior, like seeing course/site name empty. In Moodle web the first option is shown.
