Don't show notifications if site is deleted

      1. Create a calendar event in Moodle and schedule a notification to be triggered soon. Delete the site from the app and check that the local notification isn't triggered when the time comes.
      2. Add a site with push notifications enabled. Check that you can see your device in Preferences > Messaging. Delete that site and check that the device is removed from Moodle.

      Description

      A site might be deleted from the app but the user still gets push notifications from that site. We shouldn't show those messages if the site was deleted from the app.
