Apply the patch on ~~MDL-49823~~ on your Moodle.

Create 3 users: one without profile picture, another one with an uploaded picture and a third one with gravatar URL.

Access with those 3 users in the app and check that you can see the images both in online and offline.

Update the image of the user with an uploaded picture. Re-login or re-start the app and check that the image is updated.

Once ~~MDL-49823~~ is fixed, we will have to handle the different profile image types we'd get:

Note that this is not only for the user profile, we will fix the profile images for all the users in all the WS (messaging, forums, etc...)
