Deleted users don't have empty images in Moodle 3.0

      1. Create a new user in a Moodle 3.0.
      2. Post in a forum using that user.
      3. Delete the new user.
      4. Using the app, navigate to the forum and click in the avatar of the deleted user. Check that the message "This user account has been deleted" is shown.

      When MDL-49823 gets integrated, deleted users won't have empty images anymore. In some cases this was the only way to detect that a user was deleted.

      This is the commit integrated to handle deleted users in the app:
