If mod_choice_delete_choice_responses WS function is not integrated to local_mobile yet you can use this fork to get a local_mobile with the function.

Check that you can see the "Delete responses" button only if WS is available, the choice allows updating answers, it's open and you have answered something.

Check that clicking the button successfully deletes your answers.

The user should be able to delete his current answers in a choice if its allowed to do so, like in Moodle web.
