Pass parameters to login/token.php only in browser

      1. In browser, check that you can login without the disable security flag (new Moodle versions). Using the network tab, check that the fake params are sent to login/token.php.
      2. In Mobile, add a new site and, using the network tab, check that the fake params are NOT sent to login/token.php.

    Description

      To avoid logging errors in Moodle we should avoid passing parameters to login/token.php (only in devices different that browser) when we do the initial site manager checks.
